May 2007

By plugging current events into Martin Armstrong's conceptual model, Nicolaas has developed
an uncanny accuracy in pinpointing turning points on the market.

Taylor refreshes Mawson buy and likes JPMorgan theory
April 2007
Author:
Jay Taylor, in Energy and Technology Stocks Newsletter
Jay Taylor in the April 1, 2007, edition of Energy and Technology Stocks, refreshes his buy recommendation for Mawson Resources Ltd., recently $2.84. Mr. Taylor recommended the stock on July 1, 2006, at 74 cents and on Feb. 1, 2007, at $2.26. A $1,000 investment each time is now worth $5,092. Mr. Taylor has little to say about the company. He likes the chart.
Elsewhere in the newsletter, Mr. Taylor supports JPMorgan utility analyst Chris Rogers's suggestion that oil companies may have to get involved in uranium mining as they did in the 1960s and 1970s. The newsletter writer says that given the declining returns on new oil and gas exploration projects, coupled with the growing stigma of global warming, he can easily see oil and gas companies bidding up the price of uranium stocks -- especially those which are producing in the United States. He notes that the United States produces roughly four million pounds of uranium oxide (U3O8) each year, while it consumes approximately 55 million pounds.

Taking Swedish Uranium Seriously Again
July 2006
Author:
James Finch
James Finch comments about recent political developments in Sweden which may pave the way for a review of Sweden's nuclear energy and uranium policies. The ruling political parties currently realize that there is no alternative to nuclear energy available now. Finch gives a history and analysis of these new trends, and shows how they affect uranium explorers active in Sweden, particularly Mawson Resources.
