INTERACTIVE AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION:
Mr. Nicolaas brings over 37 years of
leadership, management, marketing and financing expertise.
The forming and structuring of private and public companies
including financial consulting services, corporate
communications and investor relations to assist in the
creation of strong after market support and subsequent
shareholder value. As a member of corporate boards of
directors setting direction and implementation levels within
the corporate structure by identification of strategy, goals
and policy formulation.
Mr. Melvin, MA has developed a strong
network and understanding of the business environment in
both Canada and Scandinavia. He has consulted to private
and public companies in corporate development and finance,
corporate communications and investor relations for the past
25 years. He served with Poplar Resources Ltd. from 1995
until that company’s amalgamation in 2003 with Nordic
Diamonds Ltd (“Nordic”), a mining company exploring for
diamonds and metals in Sweden, Finland and Canada. He
continues to serve on the Board of Directors of Nordic.
Mr. Melvin’s responsibilities include all aspects of
investor relations for Mawson.

EXPERIENCE:
Marketing experience covering diversified
senior and executive marketing functions and consultancies
in Canada and the United States providing a broad range of
business consulting services, government liaison, corporate
financial and public relations specializing in liaison with
investors and investment institutions in North America as
well as Europe. Extensive public company background with
resource companies.
MAWSON RETAINED
MINING INTERACTIVE IN NOVEMBER 2004:
In
order to enhance shareholder value he has assisted the Company
with its market awareness (name branding) program as well as
keeping an orderly market. In addition to coordinating the
Company’s active investor and public relations activities he is
focused on broker and institutional liaison to assist Mawson in
its capital raising activities.
