Other Officers
Mariana Bermudez is the Corporate Secretary of the Company and has been the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Peruvian Gold Limited, a public reporting company, since 1994. Her role includes undertaking Investor Relations for the company. Ms. Bermudez attended Capilano College from 1992 to 1994 where she obtained an Administrative Assistant Certificate and has taken various courses related to the Securities Industry.
Folke Söderström is the Managing Director of Mawson's 100% owned Swedish subsidiary, Mawson Sweden AB. An accountant by training, Mr Söderström brings significant managerial experience with various legal and accounting firms throughout Northern Sweden. Mr Söderström also has developed a strong network in Mawson's exploration areas acquired from many years working in the forestry industry.
