Mr. Nicolaas brings over 37 years of leadership, management, marketing and financing expertise. He has been involved in the forming and structuring of private and public companies including financial consulting services, corporate communications, and investor relations to assist in the creation of strong after market support and subsequent shareholder value. Mr. Nicolaas has actively participated as a member of corporate boards of directors setting direction and implementation levels within corporate structures by identification of strategy, goals and policy formulation.

Wayne Melvin

Mr. Wayne Melvin, MA, has developed a strong network and understanding of the business environment in both Canada and Scandinavia. He has consulted to private and public companies in corporate development and finance, corporate communications and investor relations for the past 25 years. Mr. Melvin served with Poplar Resources Ltd. from 1995 until that company’s amalgamation in 2003 with Nordic Diamonds Ltd (“Nordic”), a mining company exploring for diamonds and metals in Sweden, Finland and Canada. He continues to serve on the Board of Directors of Nordic. Mr. Melvin’s responsibilities include all aspects of investor relations for Mawson. He has been involved in the forming and structuring of private and public companies including financial consulting services, corporate communications, and investor relations to assist in the creation of strong after market support and subsequent shareholder value.
