Today, I could
not have been happier. This is what Bill
Murphy had to say about Tumi Resources (TSXv – TM.V;
“I took the
opportunity to invest in Tumi Resources Ltd and bump
up my silver exposure. To-date all I owned was ECU
Silver.
Tumi has two
significant projects located near Guadalajara, Mexico which have positioned the
Company as one of the premier junior silver-gold explorers in that country: 1)
The advanced Cinco Minas silver-gold project; and 2)
An extensive portfolio of early stage silver-gold projects in the Gran Cabrera area which includes more than twenty
significant old precious metal mines that historically produced high-grade
silver-gold ore.
A couple of
weeks ago the company announced bonanza grade hits at its El Abra mine area of:
20m averaging
3.2 g/t gold and 845 g/t silver,
including 6m averaging 9 g/t gold and 2,608 g/t silver
Naturally, the
stock ran up the past couple of weeks on the news, but set back today to $1.66 Cdn, down 5 cents. Its TSX Venture symbol is TM.V.
If further
drilling results confirm the above results, Tumi
could really move.
The gold
fundamentals remain a "10+." Now that we know the Arabs are going to
do all they can to keep the oil price from dropping and are very concerned
about the dollar drop, it makes it even more likely they will step up their
gold purchases. The scenario for gold and silver just gets better and better by
the week.
