From the Desk of Nick Nicolaas – (FDNN)
Alert #82

PANIC BUYING FRENZY AHEAD

Watch the S&P 200 Day Moving Average (DMA)

Dear Friends:

I will write another Alert this weekend and you will have it before the market opens on Monday but here is an important preview from my Alert #83:

Market Turnaround and ‘Best Timing’ to buy

For a quick answer to when to buy, if the S&P breaks decisively above 1,264 (its 200 DMA) then we may have a double whammy buying panic before year end and you should then already be positioned..

Reason for double whammy buying panic:

-        Capital movements from Europe into the USA; plus

-        Worldwide Fund Managers who have a had a disastrous 3rd quarter frantically buying before year-end to make the end of the Quarter and Year end so that their Fund can look good and to ensure their Year end bonuses.

As aforesaid, I will write with more detail once I do my full analysis which may take me a day or more.

From Vancouver best regards,

Nick L. Nicolaas
