Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (the "Company") announces that it has made an application to amend the terms of the warrants issued pursuant to a private placement announced on February 15, 2011. The requested amendments extend the original expiry date of the warrants as follows:
Original Expire Date & Price New Expiry Date
August 31, 2011/$1.50 February 29, 2012
September 7, 2011/$1.50 February 29, 2012
September 24, 2011/$1.50 February 29, 2012
All other terms remain the same.
